Our expansive & high tech machining lines, are capable of a wide range of residual or full machining jobs to extensive and complex computerized mass production. Using a mixture of CNC Turning Centers, HMC, VMC & a range of special purpose machines designed & built in-house by our engineering department, we maintain critical tolerances and offer unlimited repeatability. We can produce a wide variety of small to medium sized aluminum parts with close tolerances. This precision can be held for just 1 part or 10,00,000 pieces without variations. Our advanced Machining Centers machine Cylinder Heads & Fuel pump Bodies among other products. The design of this machine allows for simultaneous machining with multiple tools leading to significant job time reduction due to non stop operations for maximum productivity & increase in precision even for the most complex jobs.
